2009终于要过去了，你现在的心情如何？
你是掌握了2009年还是与2009年只是擦肩而过？
在很早以前，非洲选手第一次有机会参加奥林匹克运动会，他们派出了一位身材消瘦且矮小的选手参加马拉松比赛，因为非洲选手一直不被各界看好，因此这名选手是带着非洲国家的使命去参赛，万众瞩目。
在比赛开始的阶段，这名唯一的非洲选手一路遥遥领先，把所有的选手都抛在后头，但很不幸地，半途竟然发生意外而受伤倒地，眼看着对手一个一个的超越了自己，手脚都留着血的非洲选手还是坚持地爬起来、拐着拐着继续向前迈进。
过了不久，几乎所有的选手都冲线了，根据大会比赛规则，一旦比赛的前三名成绩出炉，比赛就可以宣布结束。但是，在这个时候，大家竟然被那位手脚留着血、拐着拐着、继续地往前迈进的非洲选手的精神也吸引了，摄影机在这个时候对着非洲选手，银幕上播放了非洲选手拐着拐着、努力往前迈进的画面，运动场所有的观众全体树立，都不断地呐喊为他加油，全场的气氛热到最高点，还剩几百米就抵达终点了，很多工作人员跑向前尝试要扶他，但是还是被他推开了，手脚都损伤的他，奋勇地往终点冲线，最后成功完成马拉松行程，虽败犹荣。这一幕感动了现场所有的观众，这就是奥利比克精神。
输赢并不重要，你是否在过程中尽心尽力才重要；偶尔输了未必是坏事，因为跌倒是为了教导你如何站得更稳。
或许你在2009没有夺下冠军，不要紧；或许你在2009的成绩惨不忍睹，也不要紧；因为只要你还活着，你就赢了；只要你还活着，你就有再次夺标的机会。
人生不是每一次都要拿冠军，可以诞生人间，你本来就已经是冠军了。积极地活着、快乐地活着，你就是生命中的冠军！不要对2009抱有任何的遗憾；生命不完美才是生命，生命不完美才能有所学习。不看你没有的，珍惜你拥有的，人生才会精彩！一起加油！

Learning Trip to "Tropical Spice Garden"

On Wednesday-16/12, we have organized a learning trip to "Tropical Spice Garden" at Teluk Bahang.The purpose is to let the children explore to the nature environment and gain some general knowledge about the plants in Malaysia. All children was very excited for the outing ,we all gather at school at 8.30am and departure sharp 8.45am.We having our breakfast in the bus.

We arrived the destination at around 9.45am.The tour guide was waiting us at the entrance,then he bring us to the nature walk and explain the use & the name of the plants..........refer to some photo as below.......

11.45am - good bye the "Tropical Spice Garden" .

We having our lunch at KFC restaurant at 12.30pm, arriving school at around 2pm,some children was very tired and sleep in the bus ZZZZZZ, everybody was enjoyed the trip.

The "Tropical Spice Garden" was a very nice place if you want something 'Green' and nature.

This is the swing that all the children was "crazy" to swing it,all the children need to take turn cus only 1 teacher & 3 children are allowed to swing in one time.

Nature walk

"Teacher, what is this? i never saw it before" I think our nenek moyang got use this but now nobody was using this, all people was using the blender.

The tour guide was explain about the plants...

This is one of the plants called " Pokok Payung" cus the leaf was very big and can be used as a umbrella.
